4. Payments & Pricing

Service prices are displayed on our platform and are subject to change. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Payment is processed securely through Razorpay payment gateway.
• Government fees, if applicable, are charged separately and paid directly to the government authority.
• Professional service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.
• Prices may vary based on the complexity and specific requirements of your case.

5. Refund Policy

We strive for complete customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Full refund is available if the service has not commenced and is requested within 48 hours of payment.
• Partial refunds may be offered for services that are partially completed, at our discretion.
• Government fees and stamp duties are non-refundable as they are paid to government authorities.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team.

6. Service Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for informational purposes. Actual delivery may vary depending on government processing times, document availability and the complexity of the matter.

We will keep you informed of progress and any delays. Timely provision of required documents and information by you is essential for on-time delivery.
